Hi yihsuen, Today on the street.com they had a rant article about AOL and were very, very critical of the new 5.0 'death version' which makes accessing the web and non-AOL accounts very painful. The only trouble was the article then went on to spend twice as much verbiage on why ATHM is a dunce and disgrace for the upstream 128kbs cap vs. forcing the use of more nodes to solve the problem. We know the many considerations involved. The street and the public most likely do not. They read/hear a headline and, 'Oh yea, the crappy old ATHM was in the news today, up to no good again.'

Where is the new 'aggressive' management to counter this?

They need a minister to counter propaganda.
