WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Nocopi Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NNUP - news) today announced that Franco Harris, the NFL Hall of Fame running back and a successful Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania entrepreneur, has joined its board of directors effective January 6, 2000.
