OT: If your wife is a trader this morning would have been a good time to trade. Tomorrow it will be up again.

That's the attitude that frightens me about JDSU. Everyone thinks it can only go up. But the problem with herd mentalities is that you never know when they will change their minds. All you know is that they will do it at the same time.... :0)

And I hate overpaying for stocks. That's why I look for a retracement and consolidation period after a gap-up (like CORL).

If the market takes a serious tumble (like it looks to me we are heading for this week), not even JDSU will be spared.
But it will be a buy on pull-backs in the sub-$200 to $160 range. The Mrs. also bought QCOM in the $180's and their wireless CDMA/HDR technology is just as, if not more, important than JDSU's. But look where they currently are.

This is a psychology driven market right now. Fundamentals don't matter, technicals matter somewhat, and psychology rules. Apply a bit of pressure from the Fed and the psychology will quickly change.

Regards,

Ron
