To: Hassell Anderson & Pat Mudge: Excellent debate! I encourage Hassell to respond and expand / explain his points. It is this kind of debate is most valuable. Up to this point, I think Pat has for the most part, supported his argument quoting directly from valuable sources. Hassell, can you add anything concerning TERN's current status at CableLabs that hasn't been discussed on this thread? What is the thrust of your point, because it is obvious that just because there is a "plausible conclusion" to the points you made, it does not rule out that the warrants issued represent a Machiavellian threat to CMTO and competition.
