Did you see slide #8? Shows "US 2.5/3 G Subscription growth 2001-2006". I know this is "forward looking", but the curve is almost parabolic! About a 50% growth rate year over year, with 14M subscribers in 2006--mostly business subscribers.

Slide #9 shows the buildout happening mostly in 2002.

There is so much meat in this presentation. Its a keeper.
