Dave, The risk in this stock has diminished greatly over the past months. As suspected, most, if not all of our risk was in the "Former" CEO/President. As of 01/17/00, he is no longer with the company. If it were not for him IMO we would be a $10 stock merged with HealthLink.

I would say that most of the risk in this stock is gone now. It's called "Risk Management".
