TOKYO (CBS.MW) -- NTT Data Corp. and New Era of Networks Inc., a supplier of Internet infrastructure software and services, are joining to offer a new computer system integration business in Japan.
Under the agreement, NTT Data will set up a new business division by the end of this month to offer Englewood, Colo.-based NEON's (NEON: news, msgs) software and services.
By targeting Japanese corporate clients who want to consolidate computer networks, such as merger and acquisition accounting, and personnel, the partners estimate more than 10 billion yen ($95.2 million) in revenue over the next three years.
"We consider this tie-up as our first step to enter the EAI (entertainment application integration) business," said Naohito Kuranaga, a NTT Data spokesman. Kuranaga said the company plans to continue this expansion.
