Hi Cooters....I couldn't find the exact numbers either. Amazing how when sub growth is going good it is all over the headlines but now that it is anemic I have to start searching through SEC filings <g>. Here is what I found....

AT&T

From last quarter's SEC filing....

Total subscribers, including partnership markets in which AT&T does not own a controlling interest, were nearly 12 million at the end of the third quarter of 1999.

The following article states that AT&T ended the most recent quarter with 12.2m subs....

So they may have added as little as 200,000 subs....though who know what exactly "nearly 12 million" means.
