Lambeau is used, what, 10 times a year not including playoffs.

Very underutilized.

In fact I read an interview with Harlan last night that was talking about the incredible maintenance costs increases in the new Lambeau and he noted that now if you went to the stadium you would freeze in the elevator cause the heat is off, the power is off, the water is off...basically it is shut down in a big way.

The new Lambeau would be used year round. Big difference to be certain. They will have weddings and baptisms and all that kind of stuff there.

Insanity reigns.....
