NASDAQ will rally simply to let new money into the tech sector. Look at the depressed stocks first. #9 1/25 WL played wonderfully, moving down to 73 and back to high of the day 78 15/16. WEBT hard for it to hold above 100. Out of QQQ puts.. Covered 1/2 short on HLIT but did not go long
