Digital River to Manage E-Commerce System for
IMSI
Agreement Expands E-Commerce Partnership With Leading Graphics Software Company
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2000-- Digital River (Nasdaq: DRIV - news), a worldwide leader in
e-commerce outsourcing, today announced it will host and manage e-commerce for IMSI's online store at www.imsi.com. The
agreement expands Digital River's partnership with IMSI (Nasdaq: IMSIC - news), a leading provider of precision drawing
and graphic design products and services via the Internet.
Through the agreement, Digital River will host IMSI's site for the sale of downloadable products including TurboCAD,
FloorPlan and Flow!. Since 1997, Digital River has delivered IMSI products through its network of more than 1,200 online
retail stores.
