It is becoming apparant the AGPH is gearing up to file a secondary stock offering - that is one thing that is keeping the stock down. In addition, any monetary payoff from the Nastech deal is YEARS away. The market cap is also already $1 Billion +. I've also uncovered potential difficulties with their protease inhibitor, which (if I get my notes in order) I'll try to post for you all. Especially, in this "market environment", I'd be nervous owning AGPH.
