TXB will be releasing the results of their HIT trial shortly - I believe this is a well publicized fact. Assuming no leaks, any movement in the stock is pure conjecture, nervousness or "the market". The HIT trial tested the drug for the same application that has been in accepted use in Japan for years - I don't expect any surprises.

Assuming the next few months will see:
1- a positive outcome for HIT,
2- a refinement of the poorly interpreted results from the AMI study,
3- supportive (or improved - from the higher dose) results from the French trial in AMI,
4- a partnership announcement related to the above

Expect a nice ride - just be patient.

Of course, if you are trying to pick highs & lows, then fasten your seatbelt as that is rarely without anxiety.
