They now hope to attract 10 million customers by the end of fiscal 2000 ending March 2001. The way that is worded makes it sound like they want to add 10 million subs. I checked the original PR (dated Jan 21) and it says "targeting a cumulative total of 10 million cdmaOne subscribers". Link for original PR (first link under "News Release"> ido.co.jp
