Morning, I wasn't at the annual meeting for CNB/SWG. It was reported several times that "the swg people said, any financing for swg will be done by selling CNB shares at $20".
Now, since I wasn't there ,I can't say if this s a true statement or not. It would be nice to have this verified by several people who attended.
If this is FACT, I would view any notice of intention to sell CNB by SWG as a sign that we are getting close to being on our way. I hope they do sell and I hope the company rep who made the above statement is a man of his word. $20/$20/$20?????????-mike
