taxman... actually i have found, and others have backtested this result...most stock "sell the news"..the percentage is above 75%... if the stock makes an anticipitory run up into earnings..i sell the day before...just put a list together of your own stuff, and watch them trade into the date...and then after...we have been trading this phenomonon quarterly like clockwork...for 2 years now.... fwiw..CSCO would be an excellent NP sell today at the Feb 95 strike..with excellent support at 98 & 93 on the P&F chart..their selling for $2.+++..nice.. snowing here in Philly..
