QCOM's day in the sun of this cycle of discontinuous innovation is nearing dusk.
Unless you are proposing that wireless communication is dying.. then you are missing the point of Gorilla status. It has nothing to do with how well Q performed last year, it has everything to do with the value chain. Whichever company fights it's way to the top of the wireless chain, they will be under the thumb and sending excess profits to QCOM. That will exist for the lifetime of CDMA, not for the next or following earnings season.
