I stated this unclearly. Until the situation becomes more well known,
taking a position would be highly risky in this stock, i.e. a gamble not
an investment. Big buck players and unknowing investors react to press
releases and whipsaw the stock up and down and who knows when and what
the next news is going to be. But if you read to boards, the co will
react.

News releases are being timed to react to the market. The announcement
of the TX facility was in response to shareholders starting to ask about
where after a long silence. Even though no contract had been signed nor
was the building ready, nor is the equipment ready. The earnings early
release was timed to catch short sellers. That's why staying out now
is highly recommended. Wonder what the reaction will be to these
recent posts?

Thanks for bringing out this annomaly. I stand corrected as to being
confusing on this point.

As far as Price Waterhouse, they need to ask themselves some hard
questions. Todays Wall Street Journal has an article about accounting
firms dropping clients. Watch who audits this year. If PW doesn't, it
would be a very strong sell signal for timing.

Regards

Jake
