To ALL, directors confirmation Directors elected Madison Enterprises Corp MNP Shares issued 14,736,900 Apr 23 close $5.90 Thu 24 Apr 97 News Release Mr Nell Marie Dragovan reports Ms Catherine McLeod-Seltzer and Mr James Stewart have joined the company's board of directors following their election on April 23 1997. Ms McLeod-Seltzer is a financier who most recently served as president and CEO of Arequipa Resources. Ms McLeod-Seltzer also helped found Zen International Resources of which she is on the board of directors. She is also a director of Pacific Rim Mining and Francisco Gold Corp. The company's board of directors is now comprised of Nell Marie Dragovan, Chet Idziszek, D. William Campbell, Dr Donald W.
