Breakeven on revenue of $23m/quarter seems unlikely to me based on what I see. I will have to do a more extensive analysis if I get time. Interest, amortization, etc. will go on. Perhaps alot of the SGA is non-recurring due to consolidation, termination of employees, etc. Perhaps R&D is being pared back. No doubt CGA will drop back to a more typical percentage - I assume they wrote off a bunch of inventory.

But just roughly, if R&D is $4.5m, SGA drops to $5m, Int is $2.5m, Amort is $1m, then you have $13m in expenses. Breakeven would seem to be closer to $26-28m. Also, how long before they run out of income tax credits?

This is risky, as success or fire sale seem equally likely.
