Now that's a little better: Rock negotiates private placement Rock Resources Inc RKR Shares issued 21,543,508 Jan 24 close $0.40 Tue 25 Jan 2000 News Release Mr. Thomas Kennedy reports Rock Resources has negotiated a private placement financing for gross proceeds of $250,000 for a total of 500,000 units at 50 cents per unit with each unit comprising one common share and one two-year warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at the price of 50 cents during the two-year period. The proceeds of the financing will be used for continuing exploration on Rock's copper/gold project in Chile.
