Keogh and IRA Investors...Waterhouse Problem with Distributions...

For the second year in a row, Waterhouse has not responded to my request for a Keogh distribution. Last year I waited over three months. This year, it has been almost 3 weeks and still nothing except run arounds.

I am entertaining the notion of instituting a class action lawsuit and would be interested in knowing if others experiencing this problem would be interested in getting this off the ground. There will be no cost to the plaintiffs.
