Mike, Draft dodgers can only become Presidents and get away with their dodging with the proper connections. If you are the Slickster, you dodge, or George W. Bush or Dan Quayle, you get into "No Go, No Guts" wartime National Guard units that no normal dude can get in to. Or, if you are lucky and learn how to understand spoken Russian, as yours truly did, the Army sends you to Germany to win fights with our allies in gasthauses. <g>
