Keith...a retail investor can nomally get a 20-25% reduction on market price by walking into any Van juniors office waving $250K....including you. I will bet you that if you were to have walked into Rocks offices they, like any other junior would offer you RKR for the option price of .32c...maybe not now because they have their financing for the drill program but certainly before this. At the sametime your warrants would have been struck at 32c for the first year and 36c for the second...........so.......that is why this placement "HAS" to be non-retail. Non retail doesn't have the same priveldges as retail. Non-retail may be buying in for a number of nefarious reasons. Ownership, influence, favours etc etc....so non-retail pays a premium, not a discount. the Chief
