Laurie; The 5:1 reverse split will get the 70M shares back to around 15M, and the price will adjust to around $2.50, up or down a bit. This is a good move as it make the number less, and removes the stock from the "penny" arena The right allows shareholders to buy shares and the money goes to the treasury. A good move. I do not know if the rights will have a short or long expiry, or if they will be tradeable(usually not, for tradeable warrants are usually offered) If they have a long expiry you can wait and see if they are profitable prior to acting. You can buy a lot of shares prior to the record date for the rights, then after that date sell the shares, and the rights stick to you and then act when profitable.
I still feel StAndrews has a very bright future, and I will become an investor in it shortly, as soon as another investment matures.
