Mike, there is a MAJOR difference between using the crooked system to avoid the draft and simply dodging . How many guys would have gone to Nam if they knew there would be no retribution? I see the election of slick as a major slap in the face to all Vets. The left wing skunks in the media made a big deal about George H.W. Bush's priviledged position in life but never bother to point out that in spite of his priviledged postion he flew in WWII and was shot down. Military service was not an issue to the media when their man Slick was running against a disabled vet ( Dole) but now I suspect it will become a big issue with the younger Bush running against Gore.
