Moto is going to start a 12" fab in VA. Not sure how the 12" will work. Right ow the Silicon Vendors are not sure they can supply the wafers with uniformity and low defects needed to produce .18um and below. I think that the more important items to look at would be photolithography issues. Not much you can do from .15 out without moving away from current technologies (DUV).
