HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2000--Interactive Marketing Technology Inc. ("IMT")(OTCBB:IAMK) announced that it has filed its Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission seeking to make the company eligible for full reporting status. When declared effective, this statement will register the company's common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Following the effective date of this registration statement, IMT will be required to comply with the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and will file annual, quarterly and other reports with the SEC. The company, if it receives comments, will answer those comments in a timely manner as to expedite an effective status of its registration statement. Interactive Marketing Technology Inc. is looking forward to becoming a fully reporting company.
