Z. On DSL/SBC from theStreet.com / Cramer "You know what it (SBC) did wrong? It missed its digital subscriber line (DSL) target. It was supposed to have 200,000 installed but it only hit 130,000. People are sick of the regional Bells missing the opportunities on the Net. This quarter simply verified what everybody seemed to know except the shareholder: The Bells are slated to screw this stuff up. In a big way."
