Steve,

Perhaps I can help clarify a few things for you rgarding the latest news release from the company. I can see where it may be a little confusing. I myself spoke with them recently for the same reason.

They were very helpful and they explained the news release to me.

First of all the reason that they made the investment in the company that you mentioned was so that they could use it for their international plans down the road. They have created GST International and this will be the name of the new company. It will be the vehicle that they will use to agressively expand into overseas markets in Asia and South America. They felt that because these deals would perhaps be more longer term and probably have a little more risk, that it would be more prudent to do it under a different company, albeit owned by GST shareholders, such as yourself and I. You may have noticed that they have mentioned that they have opened various offices in different countries. They have some very big plans for expansion. Judging by their past performance I would expect this to be a stock to watch.

Regarding Rob Blankstein, indeed he is an officer of GST, and he will be an officer of GST International when the deal is approved, however it is a little confusing when it mentioned him as part of CIP.

Stay Tuned Steve for a wild ride.

Gord.
