Thanks Robert,

I only got a chance to hear the opening remarks and then I had to go to a meeting.

It sounds like they are just going through a product transition phase.
The weakness may be for more than 2 Q's though as the summer is traditionally weak for TLAB's as a result for shut down for holidays in Europe.
