Just as you accused Elmer of stretching the definition, I believe
you are stretching the definition. By definition if any company
regardless of size successfully drives some of it's competitors out
of business by lowering prices it is said to have engaged in
a price war. I believe if one is lowering prices for whatever reason
but doesn't drive any competitor out of business, it's not officially called a price war.
