Highlander - Have you checked out northamericanresorts.com lately? What do you know, we are now in the travel (cruise and resort) vacation business!!!! Probably still renting time-share units too. May explain some of the recent rise. Darn if there may be life in NIAR yet!!!! With the summer vacation period coming up, perhaps the reservation business may be profitable. NAIR may actually be worth a few more pennies after all?? Your thoughts?? Build up through May?? JWB
