I mentioned I was going to call Etruscan last week, I did email them but the only straight answer I got was that drill results were going to be out in 5-7 days (from April 17th). I will email again today to find out if results are in yet and if I can get any news I will post it.

Hello Randy,

Thanks very much for your email request. I am more than happy to answer
the questions you ask.

Much of the information your in 2nd request will be included in our
annual reports for both companies (just being released) and I would
suggest you supply me with your address and I will send them to you. I
will also include analyst's comments regarding the stock value and
anticipated future values with this mailing. All issues regarding
indebtedness will be found in the annual reports.

More exploration will continue at our Tiawa site outside the portion
optioned to Placer Dome. Yes, we would like to increase the overall value
of the Tiawa concession but whther or not Placer Dome is interested in
excersing their option at the end of the agreed period is unclear. It
would most likely depend upon the latest drill results they receive. The
latest drill results from Placer Dome should be made available to us
within the next 5-7 days. We are hoping that these results will continue
to be highly encouraging.

Once again, it is too close to be able to predict what, if any, deals
with Placer. There are too many variables to even guess!
