That declaration speaks of rights given by God. God never gave any man the "right" to practice satanism. Nor the right to be Homosexual nor a Buddhist etc... Men in late years have legalized Homosexuality but God did not nor did God give any man an "inalienable" right to SIN. If you have interpreted those laws in that manner you have re-interpreted what the founding fathers meant.. They CERTAINLY did no mean what you and other sinful men claim they mean. Otherwise God needs to apologize to Sodom and Gommorah. Genesis 13:13 But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly. This is what God has said concerning your views of "Religious" freedoms: Exodus 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. God is already judging America for it's unlawful tolerance of Idolatry.
