Can anyone help me? I had a limit order in this morning for about 4hours to buy SHCC at a limit of .25 It was never executed by DLJ Direct and I am on the phone with them to find out why. The answer I am getting is that until about 10:30 there was a "locked market". Then the ask was .255 for awhile and then when the ask went back down it was a "locked market" again. I asked him what a locked market is and he's not sure! I'm on hold right now.... and I figured I'd throw it out there for some help. TIA
