tekboy, I think we should all keep the loyal lurkers in mind when we post, as our most appreciative and respectful audience. I'm not suggesting anything different. But I do think it's important to recognize that lurkers choose (rightfully so) not to accept direct responsibility for the quality of the thread in their choice not to participate. I appreciate the indirect respsonsibility some accept by getting in touch with participants, but sitting in the stands will never yield the same perspective as standing in the middle of the field of play.
