Folks, this is a fine example of the lack of service from TRAC. My two posts have gone unanswered, as have my in-house "tell track" messages:

The performance of the software keeps getting worse & worse (trans logs not loading or taking 2 minutes...positions & acct. status not available...and still the dreaded "marketable order not cancellable").
But the real bad news is the inablilty to get a reasonable amount of OTC_BB orders filled on a timely basis. Today, I had much better success with Ameritrade than TRAC for orders getting filled without having to do a cancel/replace because the price moved away...and I was buying the same stocks at both accounts at nearly the same time.
The best example of this was from opening. Yesterday, I had bought LNCD in both accounts. At open today, I first entered a sell order to TRAC: Sell 200 LNCD @ 5.75 limit day order. Entered at 9:31 Then I phoned in the same order to AMTD: Sell 200 LNCD @ 5.75 limit day order. Within a few minutes, I received a sell confirm from AMTD, 200 done @ 5.75. I waited all day for TRAC confirm, with no results.
Now, the bid on LNCD was 5.75 or higher until 10:50:32 when it moved from 5.875 to 5.625. TRAC had 99 minutes to get it done, but when I called and explained the situation to TRAC at the end of the day, the guy did not even make an effort to call the market maker to find out why it was not filled. HE TOLD ME THAT ALL THE VOLUME THAT WAS SHOWING ON THE LOG THIS MORNING WAS INSTITUTIONAL TRADING - HE SAID THAT NO SHARES TRADED TO THE PUBLIC, AND THAT IS WHY I WAS NOT DUE A FILL. BUT THE VERY TRADE HE TRIED TO SHOW ME AS AN EXAMPLE OF A "NON-PUBLIC" TRADE WAS MY FILL AT AMERITRADE!! (order #158023058, shows @ 9:44:16). AND I ALSO HAD PLACED ANOTHER SELL ORDER WITH TRAC FOR 200 LNCD THAT WAS FILLED (200 @ 5.75 day limit order ID # 348699 - shown on trans @ 10:09:55). HE ALSO TRIED TO TELL ME THAT ORDER WAS INSTITUTIONAL - BUT I AM NO INSTITUTION!!!!!!
After I told him that those were my orders, he tried giving me the old "THERE WERE ORDERS IN FRONT OF YOU..." routine, which is just another excuse - my order that filled was placed after the one left open (open order ID # is 342886, filled was 348669 - the higher the #, the later in the day the order was placed).
Now, I had to wait for 17 minutes on hold before I got through - but I could hear jokes & laughter being told in the background while I was waiting for my order to be "researched".
I am tired of being treated with disdain & disrespect, and having my intelligence insulted by MyTrack "service" agents. When I ask to speak to a broker, I expect to talk to someone who has, at a minimum, his series 7 !!. I know this is not the case, because when I am put in the holding queue, the message says "an agent will be with you shortly" - not "a broker will be with you shortly" like at the other two brokerages I use.
