Thank you for the link. I think the analyst misunderstands deferred revenue. The test concerning the proper booking of a sale is not when cash is received, but when product and/or services are provided to the customer.

I am also getting the impression (and I underscore that word!) that slower growth in earnings is due entirely to revenue recognition, and not a slow-down in orders or commitments.

Based upon this analyst's forecast of earnings LGTO looks like a buy, trading at around 30x next year's earnings.
