Form Pre 14A proxy statement filed today indicates that a private placement is being made to Biotechnology Value Fund, L.P. freeedgar.com Mark Lampert runs the fund. He is one of the most respected investors in biotech microcaps that I know about. There is an outstanding SI thread that tracks his investments. Subject 19115 If Lampert thinks this company is a winner, that really counts for something in my book. I took a small position in this company a year ago. Seeing the recent upsurge, I re-upped at $0.195, just a little above my original buy-in price of $0.18. Glad I did. Marc
