"Every significant manufacturer" But, they switched to talking about infra. So not clear referring to handsets. I think the down reaction in market is typical. Based on a penny, the raw numbers without understanding how much eventwise is going on. If qcom wins out in Europe (and it will be struggle), those are huge $ that I don't think anyone has figured those into any models.
