Tony, from the release, next week!:

LSI Logic also announced a stock dividend in the form of a two-for-one common stock split, effective February 4, 2000. Shareholders of record on that date will receive one new share of common stock for each share held. The distribution of the new shares will occur on February 16, 2000. Distribution of the additional shares will increase the number of common shares issued and outstanding from approximately 150 million to 300 million.
