Hello Ann. Nice big post. gg.

You can't complain about your LU. It's up nicely from your 53 purchase price. 53 was my selling price. Here was a case where I finally panicked so you bought to show me how wrong I was. gg. I was trying to protect my profits thinking this could be dead money for a qtr or so or maybe even some more downturn. It went down more but has recovered nicely to 55. Shows you that there is no exact science to this market.

WCOM. One money manager was on tonight and said that WCOM is def. a buy. You will do alright once this FON merger gets closer and anyhow, it is close to your purchase price again. I did not panic on this company and hope that this Latin American tax thing will go smoothly. Still holding and not regretting it.

In hindsight: I should have stuck to my guns and kept LU even though LU looked iffy and I don't like to hold cos. that give warnings and get caught up in controversies on how they report their income. All I have to show for my sell is a nice tax bill unless I have losses to offset. Of course I am not hoping for those. Some of my most recent internet purchases are in the red but others are doing well. QCOM, SCOC, YHOO and CMRC are in the red. EXDS and JDSU are nicely in the black.

Yes. Those 7 dollar trades by online brokerages are great. I have been thinking of opening a Scott Trade account for a cpl of trades a week. I may even do it with Intel. It has been a good trading stock lately for those who have ventured into this area. Holding AND trading sounds alright to me in these volatile markets. gg. I think day trading on a small scale could be great. I, of course, would only do it with stocks I felt comfortable with owning in case a trade turns against me. gg. What I don't like is those day trading houses and hedge funds. I believe that this is what makes the markets THAT volatile. I am sure there are other factors too but you can't put your fingers on everything.

Nice to hear your input on Yaacov's and my discussion.

I am using Margaret's chanting. GO Intel to 125. I believe this is the target price right now.

Sonny
