THE TRUTHSEEKER GETS BUSTED! After yesterday's debacle over SNTS being represented as the wrong company we at TWP would like to take this opportunity to point out.....there are "two sides to the sword". For years the SEC has cracked down on unethical "promoters" spreading false and misleading information about companies. This behavior has taken on a new form with the advent of the Internet Message Boards. The posting on RB re: SNTS is a prime example of how unsuspecting investors can make bad decisions should they choose to use the message boards as their only source of Due diligence. Today we saw the opposite happen on a deal called "ZSUN". The US district court granted a preliminary injunction against Floyd Schneider aka "FLODYIE" and "TRUTHSEEKER" for spreading false and misleading "Negative" information. biz.yahoo.com At TWP we pride ourselves on our integrity. We are embarrassed that we used the information sent to us without first corroborating it. We based our update more on the fundamentals of the trading graph than the actual company. Thanx to numerous savy subscribers we were alerted and dealt with the matter. Again our thanks. They have hurt innocent people time and time again while going after scam management, which is something I respect them for. But their reckless pursuit is unprofessional and slanderous. Right idea, just not intelligent enough to do it properly.
