Agree on the IPO comments.
On tax forms, the HK Inland Revenue actually fills out the one page tax return form for us residents, requiring only our confirming signature on the dotted line, complete with a tearsheet receipt and printed envelop (no stamp required)for the check. Some of my friends have these book sized return packages for the US. Weeks and hours that could have been spent working or surfing the net.
