What's your take on CC?> Here is what I think: - It is good that it was someone from outside - It is even better that it is a heavyweight - Ruiz seems to be very personable - good for President/COO - should be a great guy internally - Ruiz's comments were somewhat unpolished - I think he may need some time to comeup to speed on the IR side (probably did not get that exposure at Mot) - Jerry's comments about HP-800s may have been a little out of line (getting ahead of the customer) but is a great news for stockholders. Another top-tier OEMs will have top-of-the-line 800s (and soon 850s I am sure). Between Compaq/HP/Gateway I think AMD has retail side locked now. Low-end and high-end. - Jerry's comment about Dresden in June contradicts the data I have - If true this is mild negative (I am hearing/expecting April) Overall, I was pleased. I think this will be received very positively on the street. Chuck P.S.: I was sorely disappointed with the analysts on the call. Jerry and Frank were ready to give more guidance but the opportunity was not taken.
