After reading the PALM registration statement, it looks like the shares will be distributed after 6 months. Still not sure if the date of record is 6 months later....hope not.

Also, the ratio of COMS/PALM shares is undefined.

Does anyone know if it would be wise to load up on COMS the day before the record date in order to get PALM shares?
