Tony, even better, since the beginning of the year, the stock price has finished right on a whole number (no fraction) MORE THAN 50% of the time (9 out of 16, or 56%)
Today, of course, at 120. Talk about weird. Someone's havin' fun.
After tomorrow, and hopefully .33/.34, super-bullish forward, and a split....I'll be happy with 128, or 130, or...any whole (higher) number <G>
It will be interesting to see if EMC sells off (after what should certainly be good earnings)...many companies have lately...however, it seems the ones that have also announced splits have held up better (naturally?)...Also, we had a pretty dramatic sell-off on Monday, and I think that took out many of the "fluff" guys...
My prediction: Nice run-up in the morn....sell-off in late afternooon..still higher nicely by day's end (2-3 pts.) |
