In addition I am somwhat surprised that they didn't test parts to speed AFTER packaging.

If there was a problem they could simply remark them as higher speed grade.

This story just doesn't ring true on reflection.

I suspect they hiding yet another BOO BOO!!!

I sure hope Barret keep his head buried where the sun don't shine in BOO BOO LAND.
