Mihaela - <Hmmm...I don't know. Did they ever get started working on the Oregon fab shell?> The D1C shell has been completed for some time. D1C is Intel's 300mm development fab, and will be a 300mm production facility in the future. At the moment, nascent development activity is underway. The first 300mm process will be .13um generation, at least for development purposes. PB
